This October, November and December Cornwall Film Festival is taking a giant leap into the world of Sci Fi with a season of film, events and workshops dedicated to the world’s most popular film genre. Sci Fi: Days of Fear and Wonder is the BFI’s biggest ever themed season of film and television, with over 1,000 screenings across the UK.

Sci-Fi: Days of Fear and Wonder will include over 1,000 screenings of classic films and television programmes at over 200 locations across the UK, from outdoor events at iconic British sites to screenings in multiplexes, local cinemas and community venues, in one of the largest and most ambitious sci-fi seasons ever created.

Dystopian Futures screening will be based at the Savoy cinema.  Events include a mobile planetarium, filmmaking workshops at Penwith college and making mini robot people at The Newlyn Art Gallery.
