Volunteering

Want to attend the Festival, see behind the scenes and get a rather stylish item of clothing into the bargain, all for free? Volunteer for just three short shifts over the weekend and earn a FREE Festival Pass to get you in to all our Falmouth events (worth £35), plus a free festival t-shirt.

Cornwall Film Festival relies heavily on its team of volunteers both in the lead up to and during the Festival weekend.

Jobs include:

  • Ushering
  • Setting up and closing down of the venue
  • Waiting staff for the festival parties
  • Equipment 'Roadies'
  • Runners
  • Hospitality
  • Sales
  • Information Desk

In return for their generous donation of time, volunteers will get:

  • Access to festival events subject to avalability and shift pattern
  • A Cornwall Film Festival T-shirt
  • Experience working on one of the most dynamic of Cornish Festivals and be part of the team who make it happen!

Become a Friend of the Cornwall Film Festival!

For just £15, you can become a Friend of the Cornwall Film Festival – and help us to keep up the good work and spirit of the Festival throughout the year. For your generosity you will receive:

  • Priority booking (season ticket holders only)
  • A quarterly newsletter
  • Invites and information about other festival events

Become a Sponsor

There are many sponsorship opportunities available at the Cornwall Film Festival. These range from pitcher pots as part of “The Big Pitcher”, through to feature film screening, events and screening programmes. Food and drink sponsorship opportunities are also available.
