PAUL CADDIS. Beginning in advertising Paul created radio and print commercial campaigns before working on corporate films for CV International. He joined Creative Film Makers and then The Unicorn Organisation, gaining experience in multiple disciplines as a commercials producer, facilitating high end creative projects for major advertising agencies and clients including ITV, BBC, SKY, TWI and Disney. He produced and directed many hours of television, video sell through product, corporate films, animations, pop promo’s and films.


JAMES HENRY’s writing career was launched with his original comedy Skiffy which won Channel Four’s sitcom writing competition in 1998, going on to join the writing team for Smack the Pony (Talkback/Ch4), the Bafta award winning comedy series Green Wing and Campus, and co-writing ITV’s The Delivery Man.

He has written regularly for many childrens’ series, including Bob the Builder (Hit/BBC), Shaun the Sheep, Canimals (Aardman/BBC) and Duggee’s Den for (StudioAKA/CBeebies), and is developing a number of original series, including UNITED KINGDOMS, a crime drama with SF elements for Headstrong Productions, and ROCK for STV.

MIKE CUNLIFF is Series producer and Director for Big Wave, which has been producing high-end documentaries for the UK and International market for over 15 years. With a reputation for producing award-winning science, wildlife and adventure programming, Big Wave continues to expand and is now moving into new genres including Features and Drama.Big Wave works with leading broadcasters worldwide including the BBC, Channel 4, Five, National Geographic, Animal Planet and Discovery.

BAFTA winner PETER NICHOLSON has some thirty years’ experience writing, directing and producing prime-time UK network and international television programmes. He trained in film drama under the British feature film director Mike Figgis and in documentary with the late Denis Mitchell. In 2011, Peter set up Peter Nicholson Films Ltd, to develop independent film projects. The first film was a short, titled The Silence, featuring a cameo by 70s screen icon Susan George. Peter’s award-winning films include:

DAVID HARCOMBE is a Sound Recordists & Production Sound Mixer. He Designs, mix’s and records all forms of UK broadcast location sound recording from live theatre performances, to mutlicamera multicrew shoots all over the world.  He has tailored a reputation as an extreme sound recordist, working extensively with Discovery in places like Ghana and Siberia.  Recent credits include Joanna Lumley: Elvis and Me (TV Movie documentary) 2015, Movie Talk (TV Series) with  Alfred Molina and Stan Lee’s Superhumans .

JOSH BUTCHER works with everything camera-oriented, including editing, camera operating and has often worked as the Director of Photography on various shorts. Having chosen to specialise in cinematography, practically and theoretically, Josh is proficient in a wide range of cinematic techniques. Director of Joint Effort Studios.

MICHAEL TODD runs Kolor Shak is a picture post house that is centred around colour. Focusing on colour grading and DIT work, at the harbourside location, Falmouth. Recent clients include BBC, Channel 4, 20th Century Fox & National Trust.
